  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 egg

  • Whipped cream or yogurt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl: milk, vegetable oil, and egg.
  3. Bring it all together by pouring the wet mixture into the dry mixture and folding gently.
  4. Preheat your skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Spoon about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  6. Flip the pancakes when bubbles form on the surface, cooking for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Keep warm by transferring cooked pancakes to a plate covered with a kitchen towel.
  8. Assemble by laying a pancake flat, adding fruits in the center, and folding to create a taco shape.
