  • 1 17.5-ounce package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the sugar cookie dough package. Unroll the cookie dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll it out until it’s about ½ inch thick. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Shape the dough into a rectangle and bake according to package instructions until the edges are golden brown.
  3. Let the cookie crust cool completely on the baking sheet.
  4. Combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  6. Arrange sliced strawberries along the top left corner to form the red stripes and place blueberries in a square shape for the stars section.
  7. Chill for about 30 minutes before serving. Slice and enjoy!
