Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Fruit Salad

A delightful summer mash-up of creamy cheesecake and juicy peaches, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 fresh peaches, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing and chopping the peaches.
  2. Cream the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the sour cream and sugar, and mix until combined.
  4. Mix in the vanilla extract and cinnamon.
  5. Fold the chopped peaches into the mixture carefully.
  6. Add mini marshmallows if desired and mix gently.
  7. Incorporate chopped nuts, or reserve for topping.
  8. Chill the mixture in the fridge for about an hour.
  9. Serve in a bowl and garnish with remaining marshmallows and nuts.

Notes

This salad can be made a day ahead and stored in an airtight container. Use non-dairy substitutes for a vegan version.
