  • 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (optional for drizzling)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Start by slicing up your steak, onions, and bell peppers.
  2. Sauté the vegetables: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sauté sliced onions and bell peppers for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add garlic: Stir in minced garlic and let it cook for an additional minute.
  4. Cook the steak: Push the vegetables aside and add the steak, season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Combine and melt: Stir everything together and sprinkle cheese over the top. Cover skillet for 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted.
