  • Sliced cucumbers, crackers, or crudité for serving

Instructions

  1. Begin by gathering all your ingredients. Slice your cucumbers and set them aside.
  2. Take your fresh salmon fillet and ensure there are no bones. Slice it into small cubes (about 1/4 inch).
  3. Add the diced salmon to a mixing bowl and drizzle in the lemon juice and olive oil. Gently toss to combine.
  4. Toss in the chopped red onion, capers, and dill. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it chill in the fridge for about 15-20 minutes.
