Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza

A delicious twist on classic Caesar salad, this pizza features ground chicken, creamy dressing, and fresh toppings on a crispy crust.

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cook the ground chicken in a skillet over medium heat with olive oil until no longer pink (about 6-8 minutes).
  3. Prepare your pizza crust by rolling out the dough to your desired thickness.
  4. Assemble the pizza by spreading a layer of Caesar dressing over the rolled-out dough, then top with cooked ground chicken and half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
  6. Add the chopped romaine, halved cherry tomatoes, and remaining Parmesan cheese on top of the baked pizza.
  7. Finish with a drizzle of Caesar dressing if desired.
  8. Slice and serve hot.
