  • 0.25 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 cups Steamed White Rice

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Chop garlic, bell pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms; cut broccoli into florets.
  2. Cook Rice: Cook rice according to package instructions.
  3. Sauté the Garlic: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add garlic, and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Brown the Beef: Add ground beef, breaking apart; cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
  5. Add Veggies: Toss in broccoli, bell pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms; stir-fry for 5–7 minutes.
  6. Flavor It Up: Add chili flakes, soy sauce, and brown sugar; stir until everything is coated and sauce thickens.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Serve rice topped with the beef and vegetable mixture, drizzling extra sesame oil if desired.
