Easy Peach & Basil Naan Bread Pizza

A flavorful and easy summer naan bread pizza topped with juicy peaches, creamy mozzarella, and fragrant basil.

Ingredients

  • 2 large naan breads
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 fresh peach, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 15 basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Brush each naan bread lightly with olive oil.
  3. Spread the minced garlic evenly over the oiled naans.
  4. Arrange the thinly sliced peaches over the naan.
  5. Top with slices of fresh mozzarella.
  6. Sprinkle the chopped basil over the cheese.
  7. Pop the naan pizzas in the oven for about 12-15 minutes.
  8. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the pizzas after baking (if using).
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, then slice into quarters.
