Instructions

  1. Prep your watermelon: Cut open the watermelon and remove the seeds if needed. Chop into 4 cups of uniform cubes.
  2. Blend away: Place watermelon cubes in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Strain (optional): Pour blended watermelon through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl or pitcher to remove pulp.
  4. Add lime juice and sweetener if desired; stir to combine.
  5. Chill and serve: Refrigerate for at least an hour or serve over ice.
  6. Garnish and enjoy: Serve in glasses topped with fresh mint.
