  • 2 tablespoons Tajin seasoning
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)
  • Fresh lime zest for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the watermelon into thick wedges, then cut into sticks for a fries shape.
  2. Remove any seeds from the watermelon sticks.
  3. Coat the watermelon sticks with Tajin seasoning in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) for added crunch.
  5. Arrange the coated watermelon fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Optional: Bake or grill for about 10 minutes to enhance flavors.
  7. Meanwhile, mix the coconut cream, lime juice, and honey in a bowl for the dipping sauce.
  8. Garnish the fries with extra Tajin and fresh lime zest on a serving platter.

Notes

For a sweeter dip, adjust honey or sugar to taste. Leftovers can be stored for up to two days.
