Turkey Cranberry Panini

A delicious Turkey Cranberry Panini, perfect for lunch or dinner, combining savory turkey and sweet cranberry sauce.

Ingredients

  • Sourdough Bread
  • Roasted Turkey
  • Cranberry Sauce
  • Cream Cheese
  • Spinach
  • Swiss Cheese
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients: Start by gathering all your ingredients. Prep your turkey, cheese, cranberry sauce, and any extras you’d like (hello, spinach!).
  2. Spread the cream cheese: Take your sourdough slices and spread a generous layer of cream cheese on one side of each slice.
  3. Layer the ingredients: On the non-cream-cheese side of one slice, layer your turkey, followed by spinach, and a good dollop of cranberry sauce.
  4. Top with Swiss cheese and then the other slice of bread, cream cheese side down.
  5. Butter it up: Spread softened butter (or olive oil) on the outer sides of the panini.
  6. Grill the panini: Heat a panini press or skillet over medium heat, and grill until golden and cheese is melty—about 4-5 minutes per side.
  7. Slice and serve: Transfer the grilled panini to a cutting board, let it cool for a minute, then slice in half.

Notes

This panini can be served with sweet potato fries or a side salad. Consider adding herbs, sliced apples, or a spicy kick for variations.
