Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the heavy cream and allow it to warm.
  4. Toss in the spinach and stir until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  5. Incorporate the cooked gnocchi and crumbled feta, gently mixing to combine.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half. You can also add grilled chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
