Oven Baked Salmon

This delicious oven-baked salmon recipe combines tenderness and flavor, perfect for a cozy night in or a dinner party.

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the baking dish by coating it lightly with olive oil.
  3. Season the salmon fillets in the baking dish, skin-side down, with olive oil, garlic butter, brown sugar, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Bake the salmon for about 12 to 15 minutes until flaky and tender.
  5. Remove the salmon from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over it.
  6. Rest the salmon for a few minutes before serving.
