Rosemary Garlic Steak Kebabs

Flavorful steak kebabs infused with rosemary and garlic, perfect for grilling.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cubed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped rosemary, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add steak cubes and massage the marinade.
  2. Prepare the veggies: Halve cherry tomatoes and baby potatoes.
  3. Assemble your kebabs: Thread steak, baby potato, and cherry tomato onto skewers, repeating until filled.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  5. Grill the kebabs for about 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until desired doneness.
  6. Rest the kebabs for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Consider adding bell peppers or zucchini for extra flavor. Garnish with fresh herbs or lemon juice.
