  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prep your baking dish with oil or parchment paper.
  3. Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients in another bowl.
  6. Stir the dry mixture into the wet mixture gently.
  7. Add the grated zucchini and chocolate chips, folding until combined.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  10. Cool the brownies for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
